The Objective Structured Clinical Examination, OSCE has been established as an effective non-biased and fair means of clinical examination for the last 30 years. The OSCE is currently in vogue in many medical schools across the world. The examination relies less on differences in examiners and facilitates many more examiners to evaluate a candidate independently. To enable candidates to familiarise with this form of examination “CLINICAL EXELLENCE in OSCE IN SURGERY AND ORTHOPAEDICS” has been written by clinical educators and provides SUFFICIENT samples of OSCE stations and mark sheets. By using this guidebook, the authors feel candidates would be better prepared and would perform confidently at the MBBS examinations.
