✅ 1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Books

Examples include:

  • Torn or heavily dented book covers
  • Loose or missing pages
  • Misprinted or blurry text
  • Manufacturing defects

b. Wrong Item Delivered

  • Book received does not match the order
  • Incorrect edition, title, or ISBN

c. Lost During Shipping

If the parcel is not received within the expected delivery time or confirmed lost by the courier.

❌ 2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Books that have been used, written in, or marked
  • Damage caused after the item has been received
  • Clearance or sale items (unless severely damaged)
  • Change of mind after purchase

⏳ 3. Return / Replacement Request Window

Requests must be submitted within 3 working days from the date the item is received.

Please keep:

  • Clear photos of the defect / wrong item

🚚 5. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the error is on our side → we cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the customer requests a return without valid reason → return shipping is borne by the customer.

🔄 6. Replacement or Refund Process

Replacement

A new book will be shipped once the damaged item is returned or after the issue is verified.

Refund

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Items that are out of stock for replacement
  • Exceptional cases approved by our support team

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
